Amy Gray joined the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice in April 2026 as a Career Coach. With more than 14 years of experience in career development, Gray has coached students, alumni, and professionals across higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. She specializes in career exploration, job search strategy, networking, interview preparation, and professional development. At the Crown Family School, she provides individualized coaching, facilitates workshops, and develops career resources that help master's students confidently navigate their career journeys.
