Nicolo Pinchak, PhD, research focuses on (1) the unique contribution of schools in understanding the well-being of adolescents and whole neighborhoods, (2) how routine activity patterns are consequential for individuals’ well-being and urban social organization, and (3) making sense of why more resourced communities such as low-poverty neighborhoods and high-cohesion schools—do not reliably yield their anticipated benefits for community members.
