Meredith S. Davis

As the Director of Marketing and Communications, Meredith leads our communications and outreach efforts across the school, focusing on four key areas: brand compliance, enrollment marketing, and digital and social engagement. 

With nearly 15 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, and media relations, Meredith brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to our team. She is also no stranger to the University of Chicago, as her previous role was as a media relations manager at University Communications, where she supported the Physical Sciences Division and the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering. Before her time at UChicago, Meredith worked as a Reuters financial news journalist and later transitioned into corporate communications for a global equipment manufacturer. She also has experience as a staff writer for Triton College, where she promoted various programs and initiatives while highlighting student and faculty accomplishments to other key external audiences. 

Meredith holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication from Marquette University, and her diverse background will undoubtedly be an asset to our school.
