Dominique Phua, LCSW, CADC, is the Manager of Clinical Best Practices at Thresholds, a large non-profit organization in Chicago. She brings over a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, addiction, and mental health. This stems from a diverse professional background shaped by her roles as an educator, a supervisor at a co-occurring residential treatment facility, and a supervisor of an outpatient substance use treatment program.
