David Press, PhD, MPhil

David Press serves as Executive Director of CHAS – Climate, Health, and Society (formerly the Center for Health Administration Studies) at the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. An epidemiologist by training, his work spans research and operational leadership across academic and industry settings. His research interests include geospatial data science, health equity and inclusive research practices, and the effects of ambient environmental exposures.

Dr. Press holds advanced degrees from the University of Chicago and the University of Cambridge.
