Post-master's Job Experience:

Dr. Wells began their career at the Dallas VA and Jesse Brown Chicago VA, specializing in treating PTSD, chronic pain, and substance use. Dr. Wells went on create, found, and direct the Young Adult and Adult Trauma Program for the largest partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program in Chicago. Today, Dr. Wells is the owner of Pivot Psychological Services, a trauma-focused outpatient practice in Chicago. They are also an Associate Board Member at Resilience (formerly Rape Victims Advocates) and recently filmed a TEDx Talk on dismantling the gender binary.
