Ashley's work includes: 

• Providing comprehensive support and resources to PhD students
• Maintaining PhD student records and tracks individual progress towards degree completion
• Managing day-to-day operations of PhD program including admissions support, orientation, course advising and registration, professional development, and graduation
• Coordinating the qualifying examination, proposal hearings, and dissertation defenses
