Amy Gray

Amy Gray is a Certified Career Coach (CCC) who has 14+ years of coaching experience, working with 3,600+ professionals to create individual growth plans and achieve career success. At CareerBuilder, she wrote the quality standards for their professionally written resume services and designed the 16-course career services curriculum for job seekers. At Strategic Coach Inc., she coached 500+ CEOs and other Executives to develop high-functioning teams during quarterly workshops onsite in Chicago and Los Angeles.

Working in social services at 3 nonprofit organizations, she facilitated professional development workshops and coached a diverse group of professionals to achieve their goals of career advancement and transition. She has high energy, a passion for preparing people to build a bridge to their bigger future, and a hunger to develop subject-matter expertise that will strengthen her abilities as a Coach.

Amy moved to Chicago to train with Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s Ensemble at The School at Steppenwolf in 2010, after earning her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College while also studying at Oxford University in England and la Accademia dell’Arte in Arezzo, Italy.
