Join us for an online panel discussion featuring Rito Martinez, Co-Director of the Truth, Healing, and Equity Fellowship (T.H.E. Fellowship) and Jacquelyn Lemon, CEO of NewRoot Learning Institute. The panel discussion will focus on approaches to beginning and sustaining equity-centered change efforts in organizations that aim to better serve young people of color.
Through collaborative dialogue, these experts will explore their own journeys in leading for equity across their careers in education and other youth-serving fields, discuss common detours and challenges they have experienced in working to deconstruct white supremacy, and shed light on current opportunities and barriers facing leaders working towards sustainable change.
