How well do you know one of the most foundational documents in U.S. history, the Bill of Rights? Have you ever wondered about the significance of the “well-regulated militia” clause in Amendment 2? Do you have any idea what courts considered to be “unreasonable searches” from Amendment 4?

While we may all know the basics of the Bill of Rights, it is important to get a deeper understanding of what the iconic document, and its amendments, fully entail.

UChicago Law Professors Aziz Huq and William Baude will be answering students’ questions about the Bill of Rights and its amendments during this lunchtime Q&A.
