The Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Black Student Success Plan is a strategic initiative focused on improving daily learning experiences and life outcomes for Black students across Chicago. This brief highlights the work of Enlace Chicago’s College Pipeline Initiative—a unique approach to educational partnerships, family engagement strategies, and student supports that focused on increasing college access and success for CPS students by organizing community strengths around collective systems change efforts in Little Village.
