I graduated from Crown Family SchooI in 2017 and received a full-time job at my second-year field placement, Aging Care Connections, a nonprofit that provides services to older adults and caregivers. During my time at Aging Care Connections, I served in both direct clinical and supervisory roles. I started my PhD. in social work in 2020 while still working full-time. In July 2022, I left my job to pursue my doctorate full time and have had a multitude of experiences as a research assistant in the areas of substance use (cannabis and opioids) and older adults. I have taught the following classes, as well: generalist practice, clinical research, and critical social work in a Multicultural Society.
