Anthony Ciura

Anthony Ciura is the Director of Finance for the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice.

He is responsible for implementing financial policies and procedures, managing the budget, and reporting financial performance. Anthony also provides financial leadership and support to the School’s administration and faculty and oversees the School’s accounting and reporting functions.

Anthony brings over 20 years of finance, accounting, and audit experience from corporate and nonprofit organizations. Before joining the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, he served as the finance manager of the UChicago Consortium on School Research, where he managed a diverse portfolio of grants, gifts, and endowments. He provided comprehensive pre- and post-award support, ensuring effective financial stewardship and compliance.

Anthony earned his BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
