As the Associate Director of Academic Human Resources, Dreya Veal oversees academic appointment actions, including OAA appointment searches, reappointments, progression cases, and quarterly lecturer appointments. She also supports the faculty buy-out process, leave processes, and summer quarter appointments. Dreya has a robust background in human resources management and higher education administration. Born in Greenville, Mississippi, and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dreya graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland State University and Cuyahoga Community College with degrees in Human Resources Management, Business Management, and Liberal Arts.
