Research interests: My research interests center on understanding how institutions and organizational practices shape the quality of jobs at the lower end of the labor market, and how precarious work and employment arrangements impact the well-being of workers and their families. My dissertation focuses on the ramification of the privatization and marketization of the human service fields for the job quality of frontline human service workers.
