Daniel Dinkins

Daniel leads all aspects of the admissions process – from recruitment and application review to enrollment. He is ultimately responsible for identifying new growth targets, expanding diversity, and developing and implementing a comprehensive enrollment plan.

With more than 11 years of experience in admissions and strategic talent recruitment, Daniel brings a sophisticated understanding of recruitment, admissions and financial aid, along with a demonstrated commitment to diversity and excellence in higher education. At Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Feinberg School of Medicine, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Daniel spearheaded recruitment strategies that used advanced data analysis and predictive tools resulting in significant increases in enrollment, including first generation and underrepresented students.

Daniel has a B.A. in Spanish and an M.A. in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
