Fundamentals of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

June 24 – June 28, 2024

9:30am – 12:30pm Each Day

In Person or Live and Interactive via Zoom Options* Instructor: Paul Holmes

In this five-day, intensive training, DBT will be presented from a contextual behavioral perspective. Participants will consider the notion of workability, rather than rationality, as the outcome criteria for assessing efforts at creating a meaningful life. This will entail taking a functional approach to the therapeutic dialogue. Throughout the sessions the instructor will use various strategies including didactic presentations, real plays, and question-and-answer to enhance learning of the various tenets of DBT.

*Participants have the option to attend in person at the Crown Family School or online in a live and interactive format via Zoom. Select your preference on the registration site.
