This workshop aims to help you navigate salary negotiations as a new graduate. You will learn:

* The basics of salary negotiations, including when and how to initiate them, what to research, and what to expect from employers.

*The factors that determine your value in the job market, such as your education, experience, skills, and location.

*The common mistakes to avoid during salary negotiations, such as disclosing your salary history too early or accepting the first offer without negotiating.

*The strategies to negotiate effectively, such as presenting your strengths, asking for what you want, and compromising on non- salary benefits.

By the end of the workshop, you will feel more confident and prepared to negotiate your salary and benefits as a new graduate.
