Jennifer E. Mosley Named 2026 Fellow of the American Academy of Social Work and Social Welfare

Jennifer E. Mosley, PhD, Professor at the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, has been named a 2026 Fellow of the American Academy of Social Work and Social Welfare (AASWSW). She was formally inducted on January 17, 2026, during the Society for Social Work and Research (SSWR) Conference in Washington, DC.

The AASWSW is an honorific society that recognizes distinguished scholars and practitioners whose work advances social good through research, practice, and policy. Mosley was among nine scholars selected nationally for the Academy’s 2026 class. Her scholarship examines how human service nonprofits, philanthropic foundations, and government agencies work together to shape social policy and service delivery, with a focus on equity, voice, and system capacity.

With this honor, Mosley joins a distinguished group of Crown Family School faculty who are AASWSW Fellows, including:
