Vera Pollina, Executive Director, and Laury Wolf, Program Manager, of the HEAR Scholarship Foundation will present on gathering scholar data to drive programming opportunities. They will share about the early stages of surveying their college freshman cohort to determine the unique needs for support in a changing college landscape.
Vera Pollina is Executive Director of the HEAR Scholarship Foundation, which supports college access and success for Chicagoland students. She works directly with HEAR scholars and helps guide the organization’s scholarship, mentoring, and college-success programs. Her work centers on helping students persist through college and access the support they need to graduate
Laury Wolf is Program Manager at the HEAR Scholarship Foundation, where she supports scholars’ academic, personal, and professional development. Her work includes strengthening mentorship and alumni engagement and ex- panding internship and career-support
