Beyond Borders: Student Perspectives in Global Health and Social Impact
Join us for a report-back symposium, "Beyond Borders: Student Perspectives in Global Health and Social Impact." The program is co-hosted by The Susan and Richard Kiphart Center for Global Health and Social Development at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, the University of Chicago Center for Innovation in Global Health, and the University of Chicago International House.
During the report-back symposium students will share insights gained through their global study abroad experiences, research, and internships, demonstrating how these opportunities strengthened their ability to analyze complex issues, conduct research, and contribute meaningfully to advancing health and social development.
Oral presentations will be followed by a reception and a poster session featuring undergraduate experiences with global health research and working in health and social development organizations around the world.
This event is free and open to the public and registration is required.
